When it happened to me, I wasn't smart enough to look for deleted tasks, and since I was already re-installing over and over to try to get it right, I just reset the computer to factory, then re-installed Outlook then PlanPlus. I don't remember what finally worked to stop the disappearing task problem. When I start Outlook, I see all the tasks, but after about 30 seconds, I see most of them disappear one by one from the list on the to-do bar.
